Shipping Policy: 

All orders placed before 2pm EST Monday-Friday go out the same day. Operating hours are Monday to Friday 10:00am to 2:00pm EST. Orders placed outside of working hours will be processed on the next Business day. KitaLuxe does not ship on weekends or holidays. We are not held liable for any shipping delays or shipping inconveniences. We are not liable for shipping delays that resulted from incorrect address. Please double check your address ( street, apartment, city, state, zipcode). All orders will be shipped with UPS only with the tracking number provided. All order will have signature required set at checkout for extra security measures. Expected Delivery Time Frame is between 3-4 business days. Delivery Time Frame for Holidays and Sales will be 7 Business Days for adequate processing.

Your SHIPPING & BILLING address MUST match at checkout. Orders not following this criteria will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
